All the monthly dues are to be deposited in the school office the 10th of every month failing which a late fee fine will be charged as under :
- After 10th up to 20th : Rs. 20
- From 21st onward : Rs. 40
Incase of non – payment of dues till the end of tne month, the name of the child will be struck-off the rolls. the child however can be re-admitted with the permission of the principal. A fee of Rs. 200/ will be charged for re-admission in such cases.
Schedule for paying the fee is as under
- April-to be paid by 10th April
- May & June-to be paid by 10th May.
- Aug & Sep. – to be paid by 10th Aug
- Oct & Nov. – to paid by 10th Oct.
- Dec & Jan. – to be paid by 10th Dec.
- Feb & March- to be paid by 10th Feb.
Issue of report-card and school leaving Certificate as well as promotion of the next class are subject to clearance of all dues.
